Prepare the Package
Securely pack the scooter in its original packaging, including all manuals, chargers, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
